Interview With A Kindergartener

 I saw this on this blog I read and loved it. That lady interviewed her three-year old son and I interviewed Carly, with one little addition from Bree. The answers are perfect and written verbatim. #12 is my favorite.

1. What is something Mommy always says to you?

To listen and when you're talking on the phone I have to be quiet and sometimes when I do something not very good sometimes I just don't want to so I just go.

2. What makes Mommy happy?
Bree: ME
To give her hugs and kisses and listen to her and make pretty pictures so she can hang it up in her room on her mirror and sometimes I get really happy when I'm going to somewhere that is exciting that I never went to before and Mommy likes that too.
 

3. What makes Mommy sad?
I don't know. Are you sad?

4. How does Mommy make you laugh?
When you do funny jokes.

5. What was Mommy like as a child?
I forgot

6. How old is Mommy?
uhhhhhh, 30?

7. How tall is Mommy?
Sooooo tall she's big as a tree, like a baby tree...a medium one?

8. What is Mommy's favorite thing to do?
Um, to go on vacations with her friends.

9. What does Mommy do when you're not around?
Clean the kitchen 

10. If Mommy becomes famous, what will it be for?
I don't know.

11. What is Mommy really good at?
Helping people learn because sometimes they pay the wrong money so you teach them how to make REALLY GOOD CHOICES with their money and do it right.

12. What is Mommy not very good at?
When you get something all smoky and the fire alarms go off in the house and then Daddy says bad words and waves the broom.

13. What does Mommy do for her job?
Help people and clean the kitchen and read a book

14. What is Mommy's favorite food?
Salad and beef

15. What makes you proud of Mommy?
When you do something that I want you to do 

16. If Mommy were a cartoon character, who would she be?
Junie B Jones because she doesn't like fruitcake either

17. What do you and Mommy do together?
Sometimes we play together and we play hide and seek

18. How are you and Mommy the same?
Because we have the same kinda skin

19. How are you and Mommy different?
Because you have brown hair and it has stripes and my hair is blond and it has no stripes

20. How do you know Mommy loves you?
Because you always get me hugs

21. Where is Mommy's favorite place to go?
To Target! And one thing that you REALLY love to eat is GUM. Can I have some gum?
