Holy Crepe!

Ever wonder what would happen if you put a pound and a half of butter, a dozen eggs, a pound of chocolate, a pint of cream and a cup or so of sugar together?
Well...first you could make a stack of yummy smelling chocolate crepes.
Then to make the stuff in between, you'd put this (3 sticks of butter)...
...plus German Nutella...
Into half a dozen egg whites that have been frothed up with a cup of sugar...
And while you're at it, just add some whipped cream. Not cool whip, folks. Whipped CREAM. Yummy. I mean, at this point, why not?
Layer it up!
Martha did it neatly, I did not. Martha also got 36 crepes out of that batter. I used just the skillet I have, not an official 'crepe pan' (What normal person even HAS one of those?) so maybe these are bigger? Dunno. Smells AMAZING.
Then take the REST of this pint of cream, a tbsp of syrup (why you need additional sugar at this point...I don't know) and some salt..because again, WHY not?
Melt it up with 3/4 lb dark chocolate.
And then do this. Amazing. Ridiculous, yet amazing.
