I spent a very long time on hold with Kodak and then I had a forty-five minute e-chat with a very helpful Liezel who's knowledge and expertise did not work and my stinking camera still won't hold a charge. She recommended I send it in for service. I didn't say anything back, but I'm thinking that it's terribly inconvenient because it's Mardi Gras and I would love to have a CAMERA that works.
Yes, I know, it's probably user error. But still. I know nobody wants to just listen to me talk about the cute things my kids do.
