Dear Readers,
In case you're ever tempted to just leave the pan in the oven when you realize that you put waxed paper instead of parchment paper under your roasting eggplants because hey, it's two words for coated paper that you use to make life in the kitchen easier so it shouldn't make that much of a difference, right.....don't. There is a big difference.

at first I thought you were going to say you melted a pan that you had in the oven... that I have done! Used wax paper instead of parchment... um, yeah. No. I guess you won't do that again!
