Photographic Evidence

This is Bree in cupcake form. =)

YUMMY delicious, change-your-life banana cupcakes shown with cream cheese and chocolate (in the background) frosting, also ahhh-mazing with honey cinnamon icing. These have proven to be a big hit with Daddy and our littlest monkey seems to love them, too.

Labor Day weekend we got to spend some long-overdue quality time with Granny and then Monday we headed out to see Aunt Sarah and Uncle Dennis...and we got to go visit Avery Island. First Bree had to get in her stair climbing for the day.

I love this photo! Can you just hear Aunt Sarah laughing with Paul?

You can hardly tell from this face that she'd kept her poor Dad awake all night.

SO FUNNY!!! We have a picture JUST like this of Paul and his younger brother Peter. (Don't judge - Carly did her own hair. Normally I just make her wear ridiculously large hairbows...she chooses purple headbands.)

The bumps in the water are ALLIGATORS. Those people were feeding them and trying to get them to come on the shore!!! Not smart!

Carly with a 260 year old tree.

Exploring the jungle gardens with Lilly. In case I haven't told you already, Lilly and Joey are really supergreat kids. They are SO sweet to my little ones!

Robo-dad with his eBay sunglasses. He really did get a great deal on them, though.

...and then this is the part where he took a picture of himself (see the reflection of his hand?) to see if I was right when I said he looked like a tall thin Terminator.

Tuesday we went to the bookstore. Here we see The Bow in its full glory. Seriously, it looks really cute in person! Especially since every other small girl is wearing one just like this or bigger. Bree very much enjoyed climbing on all the green chairs. We had to leave when she got bored with climbing and started unshelving the books.

And tonight was baby Peyton's party! Her mama didn't find out if they were having a boy or a girl, so we waited to celebrate her until afterward! How adorable is she? She's nine weeks old and don't you just want to squeeze those legs!

Courtney and I had such a fun time putting everything together - I wish I would have gotten a better photo, though, or at least some of the other parts of the room. Well, anyway everyone had a great time, and Mischa and Peyton were spoiled which is the most important part!!!

OMG, you make me drool everytime you post this stuff. I would ask for the recipe, but I don't have time or the energy to do stuff like that.
