Busy Busy Busy

Photos to come...but I'm not sure when! Maybe tonight...but we're great, promise!

Paul's out of town AGAIN, but this is the last time for a while!

We all went out to spend the weekend with Granny and then got to spend Labor Day with Aunt Sarah and Uncle Dennis and Ashley (and her bf), Lilly and Joey. We had fun and our little girlies were pretty good considering they had two nights of no sleep.

We are not a co-sleeping family, and the thing about that is when we get in a situation where we should sleep all together (ie, Granny's house and Mama forgets the pack-n-play which will NEVER happen again) it is a disaster and nobody sleeps except Carly. The first night I was up all night with Bree and the second night Daddy took one for the team. At one point Bree was UNDER the big bed having somehow gotten off the blow-up mattress which was located at the foot of the bed and scooched her little sleepy self around it to her new hiding place. It reminded me of that time when we were in New Orleans and Carly fell out of her bed or something and Paul and I both jumped out of bed and went running to the door and ran right into eachother at the foot of the bed...we heard Bree crying and we were all "WHERE IS THE BABY" and looking everywhere and running into things. Fun times.

Anyway, Carly did awesome at her first full day of school. She was totally ready!

This week I'm throwing a Sip-n-See with another friend of mine for one of our playgroup friends when I'll introduce you to two of our new cupcakes. Then on Sunday I get to provide the cupcakes for a friend's son's baptism...and you'll meet another two new cupcakes. I'm hoping that I have an order for the LSU game, but we'll see! One of my friends' husband does the graphic design for Whole Foods and he's designing a logo for me...I'm super excited about that and I can hardly wait to see it! I'm very thankful for our gym membership - all this new cupcake flavor development is making me fat! Paul could hardly wait to get out the door and away from them...he cannot eat less than three at a time.

Okay, that's all the news from us for now. I promise the second Bree takes steps for me, I will let you know. She's soooo close!
