Sing it with me: Ooh-ooh-ooh
So our friend Caroline has severe egg and uncooked dairy allergies and her mom is having a rough week, but we couldn't intervene with ONLY regular cupcakes! How mean would that be for a 4 year old to show up with all of these awesome goodies that would make her super sick? So we did a little experimenting this afternoon and here is our solution! Vegan fresh strawberry cupcakes that actually TASTE good, with vegan fresh strawberry icing that will be awesome for a preschooler (it is pink and sweet!) but needs a little work for grownups.
