Easter Afternoon - AKA Meet the Neighbors!

I reposted this picture because I love it so much! =)

We had lunch with most of our neighbors - it was so wonderful. We had a ham, scalloped potatoes, yummy green beans, salad, rolls...and The World's Greatest Flan...sooo good! This is Suyen in the green shirt and her dad, Mr. Raul.
The kids were so good! At the table are Carly, Jackson and Luis...you can see Jackson's little sister Ava waaaay in the background rescuing her shopping cart from where Carly tried to hide it behind my car. =)
The nieghbors! You can see from the big scary fence that we live right on the edge of our base.

This is a weird photo, but a funny story. "Mr." Raul is so awesome with the kids; he sat by their table and talked to them all through lunch. He did make the mistake of leaving a fresh roll within Carly's reach while he went to get more iced tea. This is Carly running off with it - what a sneaky little bean. She did offer to give it back, though...
The girls did their egg hunt in our yard and the boys were on the other side. This is Miss Karen "hiding" eggs in our flowerbed.

This is Ava! I'm loving this picture. What's funny is that Carly is taken the candy out of Ava's bag as the photo was being taken.

This is Tubby The Dog

There is a flag right outside of the frame that kept flapping really close to Carly's face! She was watching it very carefully.
That is a lot of sugar!

This is Brando! He is Ava and Jackson's dog. He has cancer and he's really sick, but he still feels okay most of the time and he is the sweetest dog ever. This is Miss Karen - she's not Brando's grownup, but he really loves it when she pets him. Brando gets in the holiday spirit. =)
