Every morning they play the Star Spangled Banner very loud at exactly 0800 (that's 8:00 am for regular people) and every morning carly stares out the window and asks what it is. One day, Paul told her it was "Colors" and she said she didn't SEE any colors!
Still at breakfast, funny little froggy face.
Cracking herself up.
Snack! She picked it out - tiny little pickes and some string cheese.
And then after lunch! Since the doctor scared me away from chocolate pudding, Carly gets it for dessert...with her messy face! We were singing The Wheels on the Bus..."...the babies on the bus go wah wah wah..."
And..."...the mommies on the bus say 'I love you'..."
The sun is SHINING! It's amazing! In about twenty minutes we're going to bundle up and go party at the Alla Gras in Metairie.
*Also: We've gotten a bunch of questions about our short stay in NOLA...they're moving the recruit depot from New Orleans to Baton Rouge and hope to have it up and running there before the new CO (Paul worked with him on this last deployment!) arrives in June. =)*

How adorable! I love checking your blog for new posts! You're SO much better than I am at blogging...BTW, what did the doctor say about chocolate pudding? Hope you're feeling well these days!
