Beach Day!

Beach day!!!

The weather was perfect, the water was beautiful and we had a fabulous time. After we'd been there for a while our friends joined us. Carly and Sophia had a blast and it was great to chat with Terra while the kids played. GREAT day! The tide had made this convenient little pool right close to our chairs and every now and then more water would come in. That was awesome because the kids played there safely and didn't go launching themselves into four foot waves! Haha!

See?! SO convenient! The girls were jumping on their behinds to make a splash - it looked sort of painful, but they were having a blast. =)

The boys played whiffle ball on the beach! I love seeing them all together. =)

What a wonderful 'end' to the summer! I know we'll have more beach days before it gets too cool, but this was really a nice sign-off. Love summer on the EI! =)
