We are so happy to be close enough to Philly for a weekend which is exactly what we did last weekend! We drove up on Saturday, stayed over to celebrate Grandpop's 91st birthday and then we drove back Sunday night. Carly had SO MUCH FUN playing hide-n-seek with PopPop...so adorable. =)
Everyone makes fun of me and Uncle Mace because we have cameras surgically connected to our faces but ONE DAY everyone will be grateful for our very thorough documentation. =)
Oh my word the antipasto - TDF. Then we had fresh pasta with the most amazing meatballs and sauce with sausage and chicken. Just SO good.

And this is the inside! She drew the flags because Grandpop likes flags and flowers and sunshine because that's what she likes. The curly-cues around the right hand flag is the "wind that is waggin the flag around."
