**Before I get any more emails about it, Carly's eggs look 'weird' because there is chopped spinach in them and farmer's market eggs come with orange yolks which makes bright yellow scrambled eggs. =)
When I buy the Japanese eggs they have bright orange yolks too, that must mean they are the equivalent of farmer's market. Lord knows, I can't read the writing! I try not to buy the ones form the states, they say 'shell protected.' I am not exactly sure what that means, but no thanks.
