I know these have been a long four days! But we've been busy! I put Herbie in the 'car doctor shop' and now we're driving a little jellybean. It's the cutest little silver car - Carly thinks it's hilarious that she can hold Bree's hand and grab the handle above the door. She also likes running laps around it in the garage. =)

I think I've already told you about Carly's responsibilities...I still think it's totally cute and I'm so proud of her. This week, I introduced her to how much easier folding laundry is when you're watching your favorite show.

And THIS is the night when Carly got very extremely close to being sent to bed with no dinner. We were having spaghetties with sweet potatoes, rosemary, parmesan and ricotta. SO GOOD. She wasn't sure, and then she said "I don't like it" before she even tasted it, which is in my opinion, one of the worst things for little kids (or anyone!) to say. Then I took this picture and went to go get Bree's milk. Carly took a bite, said "it's gross" and got sent to her room. Halfway there, she stopped and said, "Mommy, I was kidding about my grouchy mood. I love dinner and I want to eat it all."

And she did! This crazy kid.

Bree's learning how to use a spoon. I load it up with her yogurt and she shovels it in! You can see from her nose and chin that she's still working out a few aiming issues, but she's SO proud of herself!

My little sunshine tonight after dinner. The weather is FINALLY nice enough to go outside and actually enjoy ourselves, so we went to the park after school. We parked about half a mile away ( I think??? ) and walked up the trail to the park. Carly made a friend in about three seconds and that was fun, Bree enjoyed the sand and walked around for a while and we were all nice and tired when we got home again.

Oh don't even talk to me about dinner! I think just about every night Max says, "I don't like it" without trying it. Heck I'm not even sure he sees it half the time he just assumes he won't like it. Ugh! Sometimes I wanna quit!
i love this whole post...so CUTE!!!
