Cross Your Fingers!!!

Paul and Bree are headed to "Philly-delphia" tomorrow for the weekend. I'm feeling nervous about the flight, because Bree is in the middle of the age where it can be really hard to have a good flight. She wants to move ALL the time and eat EVERYTHING and she's not old enough to understand why she has to sit/stand/lie/jump on her dad's lap for three hours.

Also...she's not the most patient kiddo I've ever met. Carly and I have witnessed a couple of baby freak-outs over the last couple of days, and while it's really funny to watch her get MAD that she can't put on one of Carly's flip flops over her own shoes and then throw the flip flop and yell at it for a good three minutes, I'm pretty sure the nice folks in rows 8 through 15 won't find it quite so cute at 30,000 feet.

I promise I'll quit writing so much and give you more fun photos, just as soon as I get my camera back. We left it at a playdate, but I'm seeing the mom on Saturday so I'll just get it then. Carly and I are going to have lots of fun times, but you've seen pretty much every angle of the zoo and the museum and I can't take photos of Harry Potter, so you can just imagine us there. =)

Anyway, I stocked Paul's backpack with organic baby crack (I can't say that out loud any more because Carly copies me, but she can't read yet so we're safe with writing out the TRUE name of puffs for now.) and some kind of apple carrot cracker sticks...I don't know, they looked cool...and a hand sanitizer he PROMISED he would use. Philly family, check those levels for me, will you? It's full now, and I need to see some evidence that he did actually sterilize every surface on that germy airplane before she covers it with her slobber and pieces of those cracker sticks.

I'm so nervous! Somebody told me that saints don't listen to Protestants, so I'm out of luck with that...I'm just going to cross my fingers and pace back and forth until I hear that they both landed safely and no one had to ride on the wing.

AW Liz she'll be fine! Plus this is really good for Carly to have some Mommy time all to herself. Guess Bree's the one with the egg mc muffin... I just assumed Carly, silly me!
