It was today! Carly was super excited to see her friends again!

Dr. Nic...avert your eyes. Icing mouth!!! We brushed her teeth for a loooong time!

This is Carly's friend William from school. He was sharing his candy with Carly, and they were in the "secret clubhouse" when we found them. Carly told me that nothing has too much sugar when you're in the secret clubhouse.

Buddies swimming. The lifeguard at the pool stayed at the bottom of the steps because pretty much everyone on Carly's t-ball team has been taking swimming lessons this summer and they were all jumping off the bottom step and trying to drown themselves. Thankfully they took turns and she was able to turn them around and get them headed in the right direction. It was hard for Carly because the rule for her was to stay on the big step at the top, but the rule for William was different and it was hard for him to understand that she couldn't go to the bottom step.

Coach Byron talked to all the kids and told a short story about all of them before handing out the trophies. Carly's story was that "on the first day of practice, this girl ran all around the field, didn't touch a base or a bat or a ball and came up to me and said 'this is the most fun I have EVER HAD'." All the parents laughed because they knew exactly who he was talking about. =)

Carly and her coach with her very first sports trophy!

**We just got the exciting news that Carly is old enough for micro BASKETBALL in the fall. Her dad is going to be so excited about that, and for me, the entertainment prospects of micro basketball are just too tempting. I think soccer is going to have to wait until the spring.**
