My little brother got married!
After many, many long months of waiting, lots of interviews, about six hundred pounds of paperwork and a couple of transpacific flights, Nadiah's visa finally came through and she and my brother were married in Honolulu yesterday. Theirs is such a sweet story, from meeting through friends three years ago, to the winner for longest-distance relationship (Hawaii to Malaysia!) and now this long visa process, only the first part of which is completed. She's leaving everything she knows to be with him and he's now a stepdad to her three cute boys...who will be joining them around Christmastime.
