Doesn't it look so much better when the grass is green? I think it does!
THIS is the new home of four tomato plants and their soon-to-be neighbors of broccoli rabe, carrots, beans, cucumbers and lettuce. It's a lot for a small space, but I organized the rows so that as the weather heats up and the lettuce and carrots finish, the other veggies will have room.
Mint is potted in the front, and on the two corners not shown, we have oregano and parsley.

You did such a great job on your garden. I would be so inspired if I owned the backyard where I am living.....
You (and Carly too) did SUCH a great job, Liz. Heres to a Summer with lots of fresh veggies!!!! Your garden is beautiful!! A girlfriend of mine gave me a bunch of sprouted seedlings a few weeks back (Italian squash, green & red bell pepper, carrots, tomato's and green beans) we planted them last weekend and have a veggie garden now too! McKayla is very excited about "her" garden and Mommy is doing her best not to kill them. I'll have to post my pictures for you to see...You'll appreciate the work that went into it =D. GREAT JOB!!!
How exciting.. I love watching your garden grow:)
