Okay, so the original plan was to get together with all of Paul's friends from school who live in the Sand Diego area and their wives and a few of my Mommy friends and their husbands...until it turned out that all but one of Paul's friends is either deployed or in the field...so we spent a great night with the Letchfords and with one of Paul's college buddies. It was a good time.

After Jim and Madeline took their sleeping children back to Orange County, Mark, Paul's friend he hadn't seen since he was in Quantico, pulled out the Playstation that he had packed in his car for the specific purpose of schooling my otherwise talented husband in Madden '04. In Paul's defense, there was a pitcher of margaritas involved in his defense while Mark was planning to drive legally....but still. So here is Paul with the cord to the Playstation.
