We took all the kiddos to the Wild Animal Park on Friday and saw almost everything! Amanda and I have come to the conclusion that we are master sightseers...no matter what is going on, we manage to see all the cool stuff of all the places we visit. Yay, us! =)

The girls got to feed some ducks...Carly is looking a little distressed because these ducks are VERY comfortable with people and the one on the left ate the little duck pellets right out of Carly's hand. "No, duck!"

Our little navigator in his favorite perch.

Carly LOVES "Ha-Bob!" It must be one of those genetic things that skips a generation. =)

Pretty - waiting for the train ride.

Who needs to actually HAVE a big brother when you can borrow one?

I am SO frustrated that these pictures flipped sideways! They're right-side up in the little selection box. Whatever.

Marina at her most adorable. I love this picture!

She thought it was so funny when I'd go on the other end of these little bullhorns and talk to her. She'd look ALL around for me and then say "Mommeeee, where are you, Mommy?"

We got the last bit of shady ground for our little picnic. Amanda is holding down the fort.

Cute bullhorn picture, take 2.

JJ is the kid in the left hand corner aiming the water at the three teenaged girls. What a little mac daddy!

My sleepy bean with her Beeda at the elephant demonstration. She was so tired!

Then that night, Maria graciously offered to keep Carly and Amanda and I ran away! We took the train to San Diego for an outdoor concert. It was SO WONDERFUL!!! The only thing that could have possibly made it better would have been if Amy could have been there with us. But it was SO WONDERFUL! Amanda and I kept saying that over and over! We totally earned our night out. (and it was SO WONDERFUL!)

These very nice ladies confiscated our cameras.

But not before they offered to take a photo of us in front of the sign. The one lady even told us to face the sunset, so it wouldn't mess up the photo. So sweet!

Insert photo of fireworks HERE. =) We saw them as we were walking - okay, sprinting - the ten blocks back to the train station. They were great! We had such a good time, but we were ready to pass right out when we got home.
