Friday Afternoon

We have dance parties every afternoon at Marina's house after we pick up JJ from school. This is the best shot I could get of both girls mid-boogie.

She likes to go up the slide because it drives Marina nuts. I swear that's the only reason.
Marina has tons of cool little toys and there was one stuck inside the cushions of the chair...

Usually, Marina laughs hysterically when Carly does stuff like this, but she was a little busy cleaning Elmo. Look at that concentration!
Ooh, the truck. Marina is still tied up with Elmo, otherwise Carly would have had more trouble getting to this particular toy.
And then, like the good anti-germ freak that I'm clearly training her to be, she put her wipe on the handle...just like Mommy does when we go to the icky Big Lots or the commissary on payday.

Carly loves Elmo. She especially loves this Elmo because his guitar plays real songs and it lights up and shakes.
In case you were wondering, however, Carly DOES NOT want this Elmo for her birthday! It is way too loud to be in our house and she'd be really sad to have to trade it in for something that does not require batteries and earplugs.
