We went up north on the recommendation of a friend and I loooooooooved this beach! It was away from all the boardwalk madness of the South Jersey beches, and because no one is allowed to eat on the beach (we all lined up our coolers on the boardwalk and walked back up for lunch), there was almost no trash and very few seagulls swooping around. It was FAB. Even if Katie showed up in a crushed velvet blazer when I asked her father to bring "a jacket" for her. =)
