Days 16-18, Second Stringers

Day 16 is someone who inspires me...actually ALL my friends do, for different reasons. A couple are great athletes, several are incredibly gifted-home managers, a whole bunch are very well educated and successful in their fields, there are a handful of courageous entrepreneurs and all of them are really wonderful people. So...the inspiring people I've chosen for today, aren't really second string, but I don't have a photo. There was a group of ladies in Louisiana that I was friends with a bunch of them, but not in their playgroup. I'm not an attachment parent, per se, but I am really inspired by so much of what they believe and do. I love the way the AP moms talk to and about their kiddos - I love the patience and the love they practice - they are fabulous parents! Definitely inspirational, even though I will probably never co-sleep on purpose or nurse a toddler. Withold judgment, y'all, these women are amazing. =)

Okaaaay and moving on. Day 17 is a photo of something that's had a big impact on you. Well, I have fallen in love, walked on 2,000 year old streets, given birth to two children, been through my husband deploying to war, remember exactly where I was during 9/11 and have lost loved ones. Of course those things had a big impact on me, they better have! So I chose something smaller, something almost insignificant that affects me in a significant way. This is from the website Post Secret and I found it maybe this week? Anyway, it's been posted before and for some weird reason, I love it. I want to hug this person.

And finally. Day 18. They want me to post a photo of my biggest insecurity and well...no. Haha! So you're getting this nice generic one. I wanna be perfect, but I am not. I would also like Nicole Kidman's skin and BMI...but I guess that would fall under perfect, right? =)
