These pics are lifted from Katherine (thanks!) and I'll steal Jenny's as soon as I can. =)
A group of us went down to serve dinner at the Ronald McDonald House in New Orleans on Friday. We had a great time and it was really nice to be able to provide a little something for the families staying there.

Here's the spread! We had Voodoo BBQ pulled pork, Jenny's amazing sauce, the toe-breakin' baked beans (Katherine split her toenail when she dropped a giant can on her foot), Katherine's famous macaroni and cheese, Chick-Fil-A fruit from Julie's restaurant, and Mischa's delicious cookies. Moms who weren't able to make it down donated books, or cute little packets of silverware, or those beans...it was a wonderful project!

I'm not really that pasty in real life, I promise! This is me and Heather getting ready before dinner. I know Jenny has a photo of our cute tables.

The group! Heather, Julie, Ronald chilling like a pimp on the porch, Katherine, me and Jenny (the one who came up with the whole idea to honor a friend of hers). Fun times, ladies! =)

first, does your friend own a Chick-fil-a???? if i had a friend that had a CFA i would be the size of a house because of all the sweet tea that i would end up consuming!
anyway - that is AWESOME that you girls went down there and did that for the familys at the RMH! Tony's cousin is living in a RMH right now while her daughter is in the hospital...and I know how much those families appreciate kind people!! way to go ladies...you all have super big hearts!!! :)
