Oh What a Beautiful Day!!!

Bree and I spent three glorious hours outside today and we've popped back inside for a minute while I finish making the cookies I started yesterday and Carly takes a break...this picture makes me laugh. Bree, poor thing, she still has that chicken hair. Little pretzel princess - between her and her daddy, we go through these twisty pretzles like none other. You like her belt? It's Carly's and Bree has insisted on wearing it for the past couple of days. =)

She loves running AWAY! Luckily our backyard has a fence...she can run all she wants! Around the corner is her favorite place. She'll get way down at the end and start laughing because she thinks she just got away with something.

It's a mullet, I know that. But I can't bring myself to trim off those little baby curls just yet.

THIS picture makes me laugh, too! Here we have an example of the only two things I can grow with any certainty: weeds and little girls. I think (maybe) the one with leaves is a tree??? I'm totally leaving it there to see what happens over the winter.

Ooh! And THIS! I AM SO EXCITED!!! I actually did small claps and may have jumped up and down just a tiny bit when it arrived. I have to be honest and tell you that I was SO relieved that the FedEx guy came before I left to pick up Carly...there was no covering or anything and it's pretty obvious what's inside! That would have been a TOTAL bummer! But it's safely concealed in our mess of a storage room...Santa is going to leave it here for when the girls get back from Philadelphia. I hope she LOVES it! It's technically for both girls, but Bree is still a little small to get excited about stuff like a big awesome dollhouse. =)
