As most of you know, next Monday we get to go to the Saints game with Paul and his boss' boss' boss'....keep on going for a while....boss. We'll be in an owner's box somewhere, and I'm totally excited. I also totally have zero appropriate clothes.
Correction: had.
I tried on literally every pair of pants in Banana Republic today only to decide that I wasn't sure about any of them (or about the fifty different shirt/jacket/vest/sweather combinations) and go look at the other stores for a while. When I came back in an hour later the staff were, not surprisingly, a little less than excited to see me. Luckily I already knew where everything I wanted was so I just ran around grabbing a couple of seriously cute pairs of slacks, a couple of shirts and some jewelry options. Bree was helping - she likes to hold clothes while we're shopping and she will nod or shake her head if you ask her whether she likes something. Fourteen months old and she's a great shopping buddy, now that's some excellent parenting if you ask me.
So now I need to make a decision. The cute big-cuff khakis or the charcoal gray slacks that due to their cut are in a size smaller...can I get away with this adorable ruffly plaid shirt that is currently making my day with its awesomeness? What I really need is six girlfriends and a bottle of wine over at my house right now...the last time that happened we solved most of the world's problems in a couple of hours, so this one couldn't take much longer than commercial breaks during Glee, right?

Easy - post pics with the wardrobe combos, and we will all help you!!! BTW, it really doesn't matter. You can go with cute jeans, a Saints jersey and maybe some cute black flats, with chunky jewelry and be perfectly fine. Hailey works in Jerry Jones's suite in the new Cowboys stadium and she said most ladies(other than in HIS specific suite) wear just cute jeans and a top and most men wear either nice jeans or khakis and a polo or jersey.
Well you can never go wrong with the Officer's Wife Look: Slacks, sweater set, and pearls! Oh yeah, and sensible shoes!

if ur in a box dressy is ur best bet!! not majorly dressy but something fun. Like a cute black dress with knee high boots...something like that. And the ruffle top sounds fun! if its a fancy top then pair it with some cute slacks and awesome heels :)
Oh man so wish I could come over. Really though, I wish I could sleep as it is 3 a.m.!
I wish I could come over drink wine and solve all your problems with you! I miss our afternoon cocktails they used to make all our problems go away! The solutions just came to us back then:)
