Saturday Stories =)

Carly just now came into the room wearing this pair of joke glasses...you know, the ones with the nose and moustache. She is talking in her "man" voice and pretending to be her dad. She says to me, "Okay Liz. I taked out the garbage. What else can I help you with?" So sweet! Paul's coming home tonight from being gone to Toledo Bend for his quarterly work conference...Carly can't wait to see him!

Last night we had one of Carly's friends from school come with her mom to have dinner with us. The girls played SO well together for almost three hours. Soooo funny, when Kylie arrived, she was wearing a super cute polka dot outfit and when Carly opened the door she said, "Oh my GOSH, Kylie, I loooooove your outfit!!!" Complete with face and hand gestures. =) That's my girl.

Annnd, this is how I found Carly yesterday morning! Asleep in the playroom at 7:30am! She had apparently been roaming around the house much of the night sleeping in different places. I remember around 5am (what I'm pretty sure is her normal wake up time) she was snoring on my bedroom floor and she told me she slept in her tent and on the couch, too. So random! She spent all of last night in her own bed which makes me feel better. Her baby doll is with her because she (the doll) sometimes has nightmares about scary monsters and "creepy crawlies" and Carly needs to "make her feel brave" again.

Bree...ohhh that baby. She was making me crazy last night while I was cutting up veggies. She kept grabbing EVERYTHING. And I was fine with her tasting the celery sticks and cut up broccoli, Carly and I even thought it was funny when Bree grabbed and entire HALF of a cucumber and started eating it, but when she started trying to actually crawl into the sink, she had to get down. Where she immediately lay flat down on the floor to enjoy her broccoli. I do not know what it is with lying down lately, but she loves it!
