My girls were up at dawn again, so we headed back to the donut place. We have BIG THANKS to miss Jazmin and baby Robin for loaning us their sling this week. There is definitely one in our future - Bree loves it, and I used it every day! Bree also loves rice cakes. =)

Sweet Carly wanted to stop for a picture.

We actually didn't go to the bookstore (where the coffee is) this morning, but this is it. So cute!

The aftermath of the LAST sprinkle donut! I was having panic attacks every time someone ordered...a chocolate sprinkle donut is the Holy Grail of being almost-four, and I don't even want to think about how sad Carly would have been to see this one go home to another little princess.

Silly, climging up the side of the hill (after cleaning her face on her dress)...

On our way home, Bree fell asleep in her koala position...y'all it was really early, but I don't feel the need to bless the internet with photos of me w/o mascara.

We woke up to THIS every day. The water, you cannot imagine! The waves are like glass, so clear and beautiful!

Bree going to see "Papa." He and Bree are best buds. =)

Carly was pretty unhappy on the beach this morning

...but she was back to normal in the pool! Miss Jenny helped her learn how to use floaties, so now Carly wants to bob around all the time!

We sent everyone else out to dinner tonight to have family time. This is the last time Jenny's parents are going to see Adison before she becomes a big sister at the end of August, so it was nice they had some time together. My girls and I headed back down to play in the sand some...Carly let me bury her legs, and then we made a "flop" (mermaid tail) for her.

This picture cracks me up. See that little hand?

Poor Carly cannot escape Bree. That little baby wants to be right in the middle of whatever her big sister is doing...she even chased her into the surf (almost, I was holding her back from actually diving in).

So tonight is our last night here! We've had a great time and we feel so lucky to get a last minute vacay at this beautiful beach with our sweet friends...depending on how tomorrow morning goes, we may have a few more sandy photos to take before we hit the road for our trek back to the swamp. =)

That gingham dress. OMG.
I am so stinkin' jealous. My soul belongs on those beaches. 6 years and I will be back there.... (I hope to visit a bit in the interim).
Looks amazing, Liz! So happy you have had such a tremendous time! Thanks for sharing the pictures!
