Despite being awake for most of the night with owie ears, Carly and Bree were ready to party at 6am. So, we headed out instead of waking up the entire house! Alys beach is the most beautiful little village, and it's only a little bit down the road. It was a nice walk, and still cool and perfect that early in the morning. Do you see the Ariel Barbie? We're going to have to get one for Carly...she loves it.
There is a cool little coffee shop with a really nice park next door...the girlies had a great time!
There is this totally random, really cool little mountain with a path twisting up, so Carly got to be princess of Alys Mountain!
Carly and I got "Splendas" at the coffee shop (that's what she calls anything you can order from a barista, even if it's pink milk), and Bree was playing with my straw. She sprayed iced coffee all over both of us - you can see it on her forehead!
So pretty...these little houses stand on either side of the road coming and going from Alys Beach. The whole village can't be more than a quarter mile long, but it is so beautiful.
