Waiting...

...so, great news! We found a beautiful 4 bedroom house a block down from the one I loved last week. We've submitted a bid and hope to hear back by tomorrow.

I didn't take photos of the inside because the four college girls who have lived there for two years are moving out and it is a MESS. I've never seen so much stuff in one bathroom. But if our bid is accepted, I'll take some pictures the next time we're up there.

We like that the kitchen is bigger and there is a bar on the island, and a built-in desk with storage right next to the kitchen AND that all the appliances are inlcuded. The master bath is bigger as well as having a larger closet. The room we'll use for the playroom/guestroom has a walk-in closet as well. Our only major project for the house will be adding a fence to the back yard.

The house is located on a corner, but the street that runs alongside the property dead ends at the end of the property...if that makes sense...basically, no through-traffic on the side, but we would have the extra yard space.

So now we wait! Let's cross our fingers that it all works out.
