I'm hoping the maintenance guys can work some magic tomorrow because it's threatening to break 90 on Wednesday and the combination of hot, humid and hugely pregnant is not really appealing.
Also, I think I mentioned the weird and gross stuff that seems to have dripped down from our (currently nonworking) vents and congealed there? Well, I've tried about everything under the sun to get it off, but it's not budging. I'm pretty sure that straight ammonia would knock it out, but I'm also pretty sure that ammonia fumes aren't awesome for babies or toddlers, so I'm not going to try it. So if anyone has any ideas about that one, be sure to let me know.
And finally, we had a frog in our house this morning.
This is a people house, not a terrarrium. There are plenty of smaller insects, leaves and water outside of our walls for you to eat and drink. Trust me, there is nothing fun for you in here, so please leave.
Thanks,
The Fischers
This is the response I got back:
Dear Crazy Screaming Broom-Wielding Lady,
We were here first. YOU get out.
Sincerely,
The Wildlife

if it makes you feel any better the temp in our house was 85 and our air conditioner is working=)
sorry that you and carly are hot!
Have you tried a Magic Eraser on that gunk? Those things are amazing!
That's a cute little froggy and he will eat spiders!
Oh my gosh - I LOVE your sense of humor!!! HA!!! :)
Air conditioner...now, remind me what function that serves? Actually, the temp is supposed to be up to 81 degrees here today. Tomorrow cold. I'm sorry you guys have that heat plus the humidity. I guess that calls for a long trip to the library.
Air conditioning. Interesting concept. However, we are supposed to achieve 80 degrees today. But cold tomorrow. I'm sorry you have the heat, humidity and bugs. Frogs? Sounds like a plague. Looks like there will be long trips to the library for you guys.
LOL, you always crack me up! Remember the rabbit is seems like you just attract the wildlife like Snow White....
We had a lovely bumble bee in our house...i'll take the frog any day :)
