This was the single-most spoken phrase of the week, I think. Except for maybe something along the lines of "Didya see that? WOW, that's amazing!" But really, we had eleven and a half people to organize!

This is most of our group in the lobby of the big lodge our first afternoon.
This sign was hanging in the front door of the Swiftcurrent (the little) Lodge. I was a little horrified until I realized that the showers were for people camping in tents across the street and people staying in the little cabins with no water. Then I thought how much I would have appreciated a shower, token or not, when we were camping last Labor Day, and the idea didn't freak me out as much.
Our room was at the very end of this building beyond the parking lot. So pretty, right? We loved it!
Our first morning, we took a tour bus (these are the original buses, refurbished a couple of years ago) that has been in operation for something like seventy years. The front row is Katherine and Granny, the second row is Brianna, her friend Melinda, my dad and Aunt Sarah.
Then! We were driving along and I got stung!
By this mean, nasty little creature!
We got out to check out this beautiful lake and I took a series of pictures. A series of pictures of my family from strange angles. In this one, I even chopped off my dad's head right at the shoulders!This is Granny enjoying the view.
