Carly loved her birthday dress from her buddy Liam and his mom, Beth, that she wanted to wear it the day after we got it. Here she is, waiting impatiently for me to open the door so she can crawl into Marina's carseat, where she prefers to ride.

We had made plans to have breakfast with Maria, Andy and Baby Matt, but halfway there, I received a phonecall requesting I come into work a little before I'd planned to, so we just made a quick detour at Einstein Brother's for Carly's favorite bagel. This dress is so cute, right? I love it!
Outfit #2 for the day...Carly's outfits really only last about two hours, three at the most - less if there is eating involved - so we were doing pretty well being on #2 by 2:30pm. This is the Half-Naked Dress with the straps that don't like to stay up. =)
FWINGS!
Every time she'd swing back, Carly would give me the biggest grin, but my shutter is really slow and I just kept missing it.

And then Carly with some shorts on her head. Not that we were at Kohl's taking advantage of their huge sale or anything. And not that I bought her ANOTHER pair of shorts (that may or may not have been 60% off) with a cute fishie and starfish t-shirt.
Crawling into her carseat...and those may or may not be the liners Carly pulled out from from a couple of the eight or fifteen bathing suits that I may or may not have been trying on. Because, you know, we certainly weren't shopping and I certainly didn't make my poor little baby girl hang out in the dressing room while I tried on lots of clothes. Of course not.
