This is Marina's side yard - it is so big and wonderful for splashing in a tiny little pool!
Of course I didn't actually plan to put the three kids into the pool, so no one had appropriate attire and Marina wasn't interested in standing out with her suit on. SO, three naked beans, a fwimmin' pool and some popsicles - it was a great time!
This photograph was taken right before Carly started dumping buckets of water on her head and Marina started dumping buckets of water on a thrilled Andy...but there aren't any censor-approved shots. Just trust me, it was so cute.
Marina had a good time just eating her popsicle and hanging out on the sidewalk for most of the time where she was least likely to be splashed. Our girl is not such a fan of the water situation.
Unlike these two monsters. Carly hadn't quite figured out how to jump OVER the edge of the pool, but Andy had it down! He'd stand up, say "Ahhhhhh!" and then jump down on his bottom with a great big splash that would crack all three kids up.
And it's all fun and games until someone poops in the pool.

Oh my! Poop in the pool is just as bad as poop in the bath :)
