On Saturday, Carly and I went to Taj's first birthday party at this great park in Carlsbad. Carly had a lot of fun! She watched Keith fly his big bird kite...

She played with these fun inflatable sea creatures, which she generously shared with Taj. That was sweet, considering they were actually his.
And she played catch (or drop it in the grass and laugh really hard) with Mommy! At one point, there were two whiffle balls in the grass and Carly spent a couple of minutes trying to figure out which one was hers.
