Take Me Out to the Ballgame

Our neighbors Sachiyo and Tate on the train down to San Diego for the ballgame. Tate was trying to escape because he likes walking up and down the aisles.

Carly enjoying her new stroller from Chris and Keith - this is her only nap of the day, and it lasted about fifteen minutes!
Me and Carly from our fabulous seats behind the Phillies' dugout. Notice how we're NOT in the bright sunshine? It was great!
She figured out how to pop the top on the athletic water bottles and you can see her shirt is completely soaked - sometimes she forgets to swallow.
Our view! During the seventh inning stretch, they were blasting "YMCA" over the stereo and the camera men zoomed in on construction workers working on the building in the background. The guys did the movements and the stadium went crazy!
Carly and Tate talking to each other.
Tate let Carly borrow his hat while he took a nap and she had a great time pulling it on and off her head. When she got fussy, the little boy in the background starting singing songs and making faces at her to calm her down. Not that it really worked...but it was cute!
Hmm...what's in here?
Aha!
Carly watched out the window almost the whole way home! She thought people waiting for the train were really funny, especially her favorite citizens, the really old guys. Carly getting really excited about the baby crack (puffs!) I pulled out of the bag. She loves 'em.
A big thanks to Mom Mom and Grandpop Fish for Carly's cute outfit and our tickets - we had a great time! The weather was perfect, it was a good game - Happy Birthday to me!
