But he is next week and the kids are on break....I CANNOT wait! For once all 5 of us will be home! That hasn't happened in months!!! So you are so not alone!Mommy3https://www.blogger.com/profile/14652410461514218511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30024938.post-21895498023426072892011-12-12T20:32:27.643-05:002011-12-12T20:32:27.643-05:00A friend of mine told me today that she and her fa...A friend of mine told me today that she and her family practice "secret good deeds". Or something like that. Basically each week they each do something nice for someone in the family without being asked and without taking credit. Ok the 7 yr old still takes credit after his secret good deed is discovered BUT the idea is to get everyone in the spirit of doing for someone else just because. I love this idea. Maybe you can start it with the girls to help them grow to appreciate each other. Also my friend is a teacher and she did a little class exercise that might be nice for your daisy girls. She had her class write one nice thing about each kid in the class. She had them start by writing "Carly is my friend. I like Carly because..." Sweet isn't it. Each kid will end up with a little note from each friend praising her for something she may or may not even know she is loved for. I'm learning so much from her.Our Family of Fourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08730501142720072118noreply@blogger.com
